More Pictures of the Tamarack hike

You can see Bridgeport and the reservoir in one picture. The hike was 4 miles (8 round trip). The girls were excellent hikers. It was hot until we got up to the snow and the lake. We saw some deer around summers meadows as usual. We relaxed at the lake for a while and then started our trek back. Kalea's favorite part was walking through the snow where I held her hand and she slid down the mountain. She giggled the whole time.

The Hike to Lake Tamarack

Milana and Kalea both hike the 8 mile round trip to Tamarack Lake. It was hot and difficult and even the dogs were worn out but it was worth the effort.

Obsidian Dome

Obsidian Dome Volcano. This time we hiked up to the top of the volcano and spent an hour or so walking around the top of the dome. It was fun but the glass rock was hard on the feet.

Mono Lake and June Lake
